Duck Hunting Airboat Tours in the Everglades
Some of the best duck hunting in South Florida sits deep in Everglades marsh you simply can't reach on foot. On an Aces duck hunting airboat tour, a native captain skims you across the sawgrass in the dark and gets you set up in remote, birdy water well before legal shooting light โ so you're ready the moment the sky starts to move.
This is a guided, seasonal waterfowl experience, run only during Florida's regulated duck season and only for properly licensed hunters. Our captains have grown up reading these marshes and know where the birds work as the season progresses, the water shifts and the weather changes. That local knowledge is what turns a cold, dark morning into a memorable hunt.
Hunters come to us from all over Broward County and southern Palm Beach County โ Fort Lauderdale, Weston, Coral Springs, Parkland, Coconut Creek, Tamarac and Boca Raton. We launch right off the Sawgrass Expressway and Loxahatchee Rd, so the wild backcountry is minutes from home.
- Pre-dawn airboat access to remote marsh most hunters can't reach.
- Native captains who know where the birds are working this season.
- Legal & responsible โ season, licenses and bag limits, always.

Florida Duck Season, Licenses & Legal Requirements
Waterfowl hunting is tightly regulated. We only run legal, in-season hunts and we help you show up fully compliant.
Duck hunting in Florida is a legal outdoor tradition governed by both state and federal law, and it only happens during the regulated waterfowl season. Florida's duck seasons are set each year by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) in line with federal frameworks, and they typically fall across the cooler late-fall and winter months with specific open dates and daily bag limits by species. Because these dates change annually, we schedule hunts strictly around the current published season.
What Every Hunter Needs
To hunt waterfowl in Florida you'll generally need a valid Florida hunting license, a Florida waterfowl permit (state duck stamp), a federal Migratory Bird Hunting and Conservation Stamp (federal duck stamp), and a no-cost migratory bird permit / HIP registration. Non-toxic shot is required for waterfowl. It's each hunter's responsibility to hold current licenses and stamps, and to know and follow all season dates, shooting hours and bag limits. Not sure what you need? Ask us when you book and we'll point you to the FWC resources.
We Hunt Responsibly
We're conservation-minded and we run our hunts by the book โ legal species only, within limits, during legal shooting hours. Protecting the Everglades and its waterfowl is what keeps this tradition alive for the next generation. Prefer a non-hunting trip? What We Provide, What You Bring
We handle the hard part: getting you and your gear to productive, remote marsh in the dark, safely and on time. Your captain runs the airboat, knows the water, and positions your group where the birds are working. What we don't provide are firearms, ammunition or personal hunting gear โ this is a bring-your-own hunt.
Come with your own shotgun, non-toxic waterfowl shells, waders, camo, blind bag and any decoys or calls you like to run. Dress for a cold, wet Florida marsh morning and bring water and snacks. If you have questions about what packs well on an airboat, just ask when you book and we'll help you get squared away.
